Anti-Caking Agent / Mineral Supplement
Calcium phosphate preparation derived from steamed animal bones, principally hydroxyapatite. Used as an anti-caking agent in powdered foods and as a source of both calcium and phosphorus. Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans, and pork-derived bone phosphate is not acceptable for halal or kosher diets unless certified. Considered safe by EFSA.
